The Indiana Citizens Redistricting Commission (ICRC) will hold its final virtual public hearing on April 22nd. The members of the ICRC invite anyone who was unable to attend the hearing designated for their Congressional district to attend the hearing on April 22nd to weigh in on what criteria should drive redistricting in Indiana in 2021 and to identify important communities of interest in their region. The hearing will also provide an opportunity for people who attended a previous hearing to engage in a conversation with Commission members about what they have learned and what they expect to include in their report to the General Assembly. The meeting will conclude with discussion of the action steps that activists can take to help improve the chances that legislators will follow the ICRC's recommendations. Register for the April 22nd hearing HERE (start time is 7:30 p.m. EDT).
